These terms cover what you can expect from ownz.net and what we expect from you when you build and publish a page. In short: your content stays yours, keep it lawful and don’t abuse the free hosting, and we’ll keep the service running and treat your pages with care.
You need an account to build and publish a page. Keep your login details safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or organisation per account; don’t impersonate others.
Publish what you like within the law. Do not use ownz for illegal content, malware, phishing, spam, harassment, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or remove a page that breaks these rules or abuses the free hosting.
You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and display it. Delete your page any time and that permission ends.
The core builder and hosting are free, and we intend to keep them that way. We work to keep the service available and fast, but we provide it "as is" and can’t promise it will never be interrupted.
Optional add-ons (removing branding, extra storage, a custom domain) are paid. Remove-branding is a one-time charge; storage and custom domains are recurring. Payments are processed by OxaPay (crypto) and SlickPay (CIB / Edahabia) — we don’t store your full card details. Recurring add-ons continue until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges.
You can stop using ownz and delete your pages at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a significant change, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
